All was fairly clean, I appreciated pleasant staff and location. I found everything wonderful, I recommend it to all.

Stayed here before, loved staff and food.

It was lovely base for vacations. The idea to include coffee/tea makers, a refrigerator and glassware in the a twin room was nice.

Well, internet was terrible.

Staff and location were amazing, and all in all I liked this hotel. Actually everything was perfect, my next choice again in Lisbon.

The place was memorable, clean, had great staff and facilities. The restaurant was good in the ground floor here, I had appetising dishes.

Room was gorgeous and magnificent, the place itself was quaint. The folks were obliging, and our communication was helpful. Also, location was unbeatable, relatively near Time Out Market Lisboa.

Everything was great, yet a few employees were not particularly friendly.

Fairly clean place, impressive rooms, perfect staff. The breakfast had variety of options and fresh bread and cakes were appetising. Its location was very central, within walking distance of Bairro Alto. There was a great restaurant, stores and a market next door.

The location was picturesque and the staff members were consistently courteous. Breakfast was super and I tried eggs, hot waffles and cheese. I loved efficient check in too. Fine white wine, red wine and wines in the snack bar, reasonably priced parking place.

Tbh Wi-Fi was bad, and the bed was quite hard.

We had the best 2 nights stay. Handy location, fantastic service and very peaceful hotel. The breakfast was very very good and there was plenty of healthy food. The room was immaculate with brand new furniture and harbor view. The staff - absolutely excellent & was quick to help.

Facilities were new, however Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

I enjoyed staff and location, which were FANTASTIC. Breakfast had lots of options, eggs, cheese and hot waffles. Green garden and brilliant pool area. Had access to its wifi, it was free. Nestled near bars and restaurants. Besides, the area was entertainment, next to camoes square.

There was a surprise - a cockroach.

Staff was ever so helpful, rooms are air-conditioned, and I loved exceptionally good location. The breakfast was delicious, had lots of options and the food was outstanding. Decent service within 0.5 miles of the airport.

Perfect location, the room was pretty, airy. Our room had a very comfy bed and a brilliant view. Loved Lisbon, the hotel was unique. We also went to city center, located at walking distance from the property. Impeccable service here.

Perfectly clean fabulous hotel, ideal rooms. Bed was really comfortable, staff was welcoming. Wonderful location to a waterside public plaza. Facilities were basic too. Such an exceptional experience.

Friendly staff and large breakfast with a huge variety of options. Wasn't expecting to have a kitchen. We really enjoyed central location. The highlight was the excellent food😀

every place we wanted to visit including praca do comercio was walking distance to this hotel. our accommodation was set in a central location. a kitchen was a nice surprise.

Convento do carmo was around the corner. We appreciated our time here.
